The name gets it right. The personalized and individual attention that they give you is what makes the difference for me. When I come in they make me feel like part of a family and I know they care. Sitting down one on one and talking about my day/week/weekend and the challenges that I face makes it easy to work out a plan to have that dinner out, go to a party, etc. and still stick to healthy choices. They do not use any special foods, just regular food from the grocery store. Following their plan works!

She helped me lose the weight I've wanted to take off for years, when no weight loss program (including the famous ones) or nutritionist has worked for me, and I've been able to keep the weight off for almost a year now. Bettie helped me learn to eat so that I'm never hungry, rarely unsatisfied, and always have a well-balance diet. Bettie Clark and her staff are dedicated professionals, who take a very personal interest in their clients. They provide each client with the tools and knowledge needed to succeed. You are never made to feel defeated, you are supported throughout the process. I have tried many weight loss plans and failed miserably.
Bettie's plan has worked like a charm for me, her plan is something easily incorporated into a busy lifestyle. There are no costly products to purchase, each client just uses regular grocery items.
This program has changed my life, I highly recommend it.
